DuBois Chemicals Australia, part of DuBois Chemicals Inc., is seeking a hands-on Plant Engineer for our Dandenong South facility to own reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement. You will build and run a preventative maintenance program from scratch with mentorship from the Plant Manager.

Recent mechanical or chemical engineers (or up to ~1 year experience) will lead CMMS development, optimize process flow, and manage maintenance teams, safety upgrades, and compliance across the site.
