Charterhouse Partnership is hiring an HR Generalist in Rhodes for a permanent full time position paying $90,000 + super. Work from home up to four days per week with one day in the office.

You’ll join a small People & Culture team, handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, HRIS maintenance, and policy development. Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR or related field (or be studying) and 3+ years in a similar role with solid knowledge of Australian employment laws.
