ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Coffs Harbour Toyota has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Truck Driver / Car Carrier Driver to join our team.

This role involves transporting vehicles between dealerships and other locations, ensuring safe and timely pickups and deliveries.

The successful applicant must hold a current unrestricted Australian HR licence and be able to provide a copy of their driving history.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Safely transport vehicles between dealerships and designated locations.
- Safely operate a car carrier truck to transport vehicles between locations.
- Load, secure and unload vehicles for transportation.
- Complete vehicle pickups and deliveries within required timeframes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues.
- Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures.
- Work independently while maintaining robust communication with the team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Current unrestricted Australian HR driver's licence.




- Previous experience operating a car carrier truck and transporting vehicles.
- Safe driving record with the ability to provide a licence history.
- Experience loading, securing and transporting vehicles.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to workplace safety.
