Colin Biggers & Paisley is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support professional to provide in office 1st-3rd line assistance in a fast-paced legal office. You will manage Windows 11 devices, Active Directory, Exchange groups and printer fleets while delivering excellent client service.

Collaborating with Partners and staff, you’ll ensure timely resolutions, participate in after-hours rotations, and contribute to project work within the KIT department.
