Wesley Mission Queensland Limited in Wynnum West is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) team. You will provide practical personal care and daily living support to residents and help them build independence.

Under the guidance of Registered Nurses you will deliver person-centred supports, assist with community access, and contribute to a protected, respectful home. This is rewarding work in a not-for-profit environment.
