IP Australia is seeking Trade Mark Examiners in Canberra to assess trademark applications under the Trade Marks Act 1995. Full training is provided, and you will research, analyse, and interpret information to determine registrability.

You will interact with businesses, IP professionals and the public, applying legislation and court decisions with precision. Examiners start at TM1 and progress through the training program to TM4, with explicit capability frameworks guiding progression.
