You will report to the Operations Manager and work with multiple departments to ensure our Widest Range and Best Prices are delivered with consistency.

You will lead a 20+ solid team, drive Best Experience and Safety Culture, and manage rostering, performance conversations, and supplier relationships to keep service levels high and stock
