Administration & Business Operations Coordinator

Atlas Tanks is an established Australian manufacturer of custom plastic tanks for the marine, caravan, RV and industrial sectors. This isn't just a traditional administration role. We're looking for someone who can take ownership, support our operations and help improve the way we do business.

Key responsibilities

- Customer enquiries, quotations and order management
- Invoicing, purchasing and general administration
- Production scheduling and freight coordination
- Product information, pricing and inventory support
- Business reporting, data analysis and process improvements
- Working directly with the Managing Director and production team

About you

- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Xero, manufacturing,



product management or data analytics would be highly regarded
- Shows initiative, takes ownership and has a practical approach to solving problems
- Four-day working week (Tuesday–Friday) or nine-day fortnight
- Above Award salary, reflecting experience and capability
