InstantScripts is seeking an experienced Candidate Manager to join our Workforce Planning and Operations team in a 6 month fixed term role. You will coordinate the lifecycle of healthcare talent acquisition, from screening to onboarding, while strengthening engagement across our remote doctor workforce.

You will manage recruitment and engagement activities, support our Doctor Recruitment team, and ensure compliance and effective communication with candidates and stakeholders nationwide.
