An established automotive glass employer with more than 30 years in the market is hiring a Branch Manager to take full operational ownership of its Alice Springs branch. The business works with trade, insurance, retail and fleet customers across the country and wants a leader who can balance commercial results, people management and service.

The branch team is small and capable, with two qualified fitters and a very experienced leading hand reporting to the manager, and senior management offers ongoing support. The employer is approved under the Northern Territory Designated Area Migration Agreement and can provide sponsorship to eligible candidates through that agreement.

This Full-Time role pays $80,000 - $100,000 per year. The employer will consider managers from automotive workshops, retail, trade operations or service settings.

- Lead the branch's day-to-day workflows
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and keep the operation effective
- Set staff rosters,



coach team members and oversee their performance while building a positive workshop culture
- Look after inventory and stock control and keep products available through strong local supplier relationships
- Develop retail, fleet, insurance and trade accounts and deliver high-quality service by phone and in person
- Enforce strict WHS standards, store security and accurate administration records
- Step in on basic automotive glass fitting or repairs in busy periods, with on-the-job training provided

- Proven track record as an Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Retail Manager, Workshop Manager or Service Manager, with strong communication, team management, business awareness and computer skills
- Holding a current valid driver's licence (mandatory)
- Applicants requiring a visa must be nominated under Retail Manager (General), ANZSCO and have relevant formal qualifications, suitable management experience, English proficiency and NT DAMA eligibility
