Role Description

The Operations Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Melbourne Area. This position coordinates day-to-day fuel system projects, including scheduling work, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. The role involves supporting operations management, assisting with budgeting and resource allocation, and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports. The Operations Project Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams, technicians, and external partners to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and ensure high-quality service delivery.



The role also includes monitoring project risks, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to efficient workflows across multiple projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor project performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients, and prepare clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management and Program Management skills to oversee workflows, align tasks with project goals, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and maintaining financial control across projects.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in fuel services, construction, engineering, or related industries, and familiarity with safety and compliance standards, is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with project management and office software are highly valued.
- Ability to work on-site, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a safe, team-oriented working environment is required.
