The Artisanal Group, Australia’s leading artisan bread producer, seeks a Commercially savvy Procurement Specialist to oversee a portfolio of procurement categories for our Dandenong South operations. You’ll partner with Operations, Finance, Quality and NPD to secure supplies, optimise cost, and strengthen supplier relationships.

You will manage multiple categories, drive sourcing strategies, and negotiate contracts while ensuring governance, food safety, and ethical sourcing.
