Infinite Care in Adelaide seeks a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to lead day, afternoon and night shift planning at Rose Court Gilles Plains. This full time, site-based role reports to the General Manager and ensures frontline rosters support residents, families and visiting health professionals.

You will partner with the workforce optimisation team, manage backfills, back-up shifts and timekeeping access, while maintaining confidentiality and complying with policies.
