Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations, sales, and stock management in a high-volume area. You will manage a team of 20+ and work with other department managers to deliver the Best Experience to customers, while reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will build capability, optimise rosters, monitor service levels, and strengthen supplier relationships to ensure the Widest Range and Best Prices. Weekend work is required.
