As our Event Planning Executive, you will be responsible for meticulously planning a wide range of events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and weddings across the hotel event spaces and private dining rooms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced world of events and hospitality!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate event logistics across both corporate functions and social/wedding events, ensuring all details are accurately captured.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and all supporting event documentation.
- Ensure all events align with brand standards and deliver a high-quality guest experience.
- Liaise closely with venue managers, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate records,



pipeline updates and reporting within Ivvy.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team to ensure productive handling of enquiries and bookings.

ABOUT YOU

- Previous experience in event sales, coordination, or hospitality preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events at once.
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Confident communicator with strong client relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Ivvy or a similar CRM/event management system is desirable.
