Task & responsibilities

- Accompany aged and disabled clients during daily activities
- Assist clients with mobility and movement
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required
- Arrange and support participation in social and recreational activities
- Perform household tasks such as vacuuming, cleaning, and general tidying
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship,



friendship, and emotional support
- Assist with shopping and running errandsSupport clients to maintain independence and wellbeing
- In some cases, provide live-in care where required

Qualification & experience

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability Support, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or community care is highly regarded
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and respectfully in clients' homes
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport (advantageous)
