IP Australia seeks Trade Mark Examiners to assess applications under the Trade Marks Act 1995. No prior IP or law experience is required as full training is provided when you commence.

Examiners research using online resources, apply legal tests, and liaise with customers, IP professionals and the public to ensure robust outcomes. The vacancy is an affirmative measure under the APS Directions 2022 and open only to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
