We’re looking for an experienced salesperson to grow our Isuzu UTE fleet business across Hampstead Gardens and Burton.

You’ll sell D-MAX and MU-X to businesses, fleet management companies, novated leasing providers, councils and government buyers. This is a dedicated fleet and government sales position, with a focus on finding current customers and growing repeat business across both dealerships.

The role

You’ll spend time getting out to meet customers, understanding their vehicle requirements and putting together proposals that suit their business. Some opportunities will be straightforward vehicle orders; others will involve fleet replacement plans, accessories, fit-out or a formal tender.

Your Work Will Include

- Finding recent business through phone calls, customer visits, referrals and industry contacts.
- Developing existing accounts and staying in touch ahead of their next vehicle purchase.
- Building relationships with fleet management and novated leasing companies, including gaining access to their quoting panels.
- Meeting council and government buyers and keeping track of upcoming tenders and vehicle requirements.
- Preparing quotes and proposals, following them up and asking for the order.
- Working with our dealership teams to coordinate availability, accessories and delivery.
- Keeping clear CRM records so customer commitments and next steps are followed through.

About You

You’re comfortable picking up the phone, arranging a meeting and talking with business owners and purchasing decision makers. You know that winning the order takes follow-up, and keeping the account means delivering on what you’ve promised.

You may already work in fleet sales, or you could bring experience from automotive sales, B2B business development or account management.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate success in winning new accounts, write a clear proposal and keep several opportunities moving at once.



Experience with fleet management companies or government procurement would be useful.

You’ll also need a current driver’s licence and be willing to travel for customer visits within the agreed territory.

- Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you’ll develop fleet and government sales across our Hampstead Gardens and Burton dealerships.
