JRT Group is seeking an experienced and reliable Dozer Operator to join our team on a 5/4 Lifestyle roster.

This role requires more than just strong operating skills. We’re looking for someone who is switched on, safety-focused, agile and confident making decisions, particularly when working over weekends with less direct supervision.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be an experienced Dozer Operator who is also confident operating a range of other heavy equipment.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Operating a dozer safely and efficiently
- Confidently operating loaders, Moxy dump trucks and excavators/diggers
- Working independently and taking responsibility for operational decisions when required
- Assisting with and managing train placements over weekends
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity and site requirements
- Working a 5/4 Lifestyle roster

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:





- Have proven experience operating dozers
- Be a confident and competent operator of loaders, Moxys and excavators/diggers
- Be alert, agile and switched on, with the ability to respond appropriately in a busy operational workplace
- Be reliable, trustworthy and capable of working independently
- Have the confidence and judgement to make operational decisions when required
- Be willing and able to pass a pre-employment urine drug and alcohol test
- Be comfortable working within a non-smoking site
- Hold an HR licence – highly regarded but not essential
