Converge Insurance is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional delivery efforts and own the Unity platform integration with our Australian carrier partner. You will coordinate engineering, product, security, legal, and operations to plan, test, and deploy the project, ensuring milestones are met and risks are controlled.

This role also drives internal project delivery, governance, and continuous improvement, with flexibility for hybrid/work from home and collaboration across time
