About the role

You’ll welcome guests from Australia and overseas, assist with motorhome collection and return, and demonstrate how to use the vehicle’s features.

The role combines face-to-face customer service, practical vehicle demonstrations and administration. You’ll help guests feel welcome, informed and confident before they head off on their holiday.

This casual position offers up to 25 hours per week, including weekends on a rotating roster. Penalty rates apply.

What you’ll do

- Welcome guests and assist with motorhome collection and return.

- Explain rental agreements clearly and answer guests’ questions.

- Show guests how to use their motorhome’s features and equipment.

- Process payments and complete paperwork accurately.

- Carry out vehicle inspections and report maintenance or presentation issues.





- Work with the reservations and branch teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

What you’ll bring

- A friendly, professional approach and a commitment to great customer service.

- Clear communication skills and patience when explaining things.

- Good attention to detail and confidence using computers.

- The ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods.

- Reliability, teamwork and a willingness to lend a hand.

- A valid driver’s licence.

- Availability to work weekends as part of a rotating roster.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or tourism is preferred.
