This is a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be highly organised and self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality and safety. /n /n This role is fulltime permanent, with staggered start times (on a rostered basis) which also includes every second Saturday. /n /n /n ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES /n /n

- Receive inbound calls, take orders, providing professional customer service with every interaction

- Allocate orders to Agitator Drivers for delivery to site to ensure customer satisfaction

/n

- Scheduling tasks

/n

- Processing of Orders

/n

- EFTPOS transactions

/n

- Cash Sale enquiries

/n

- General account customer enquiries

/n /n /n QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES /n /n

- Excellent attention to detail

/n

- Intermediate computer skills as a minimum

/n

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

/n

- Scheduling experience

/n

- Good knowledge of the Adelaide metropolitan area

/n

- Previous experience in the concrete industry (preferred but not essential)
