About the role

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member to take orders, serve customers, process payments and keep our service areas clean and organised. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to deliver accurate orders and a excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome customers and take orders accurately.

- Process cash and card payments.

- Pack and hand over dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders.

- Answer menu questions and assist customers.

- Keep the counter and dining areas clean and stocked.

- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

What we’re looking for

- Six months’ customer service, hospitality or retail experience preferred, but not essential.

- A positive attitude and good communication skills.

- Reliability, punctuality and teamwork.

- Ability to stay organised during busy periods.

- Availability for weekday, evening and weekend shifts.

- Valid Australian work rights.

Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
