/n JOB TITLE /n Multifaceted Customer Service Technician /n /n JOB SUMMARY /n We are seeking a versatile and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Multifaceted Customer Service Technician. This role combines hands-on maintenance and labour tasks with frontline customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a dynamic environment.

As a Customer Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing prompt and reliable service. /n /n RESPONSIBILITIES /n • Perform cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and sanitary work environment. /n • Conduct regular maintenance inspections on equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards. /n • Handle refuelling of equipment and vehicles as needed. /n • Undertake deliveries as requested. /n • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of portable toilets. /n • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on small engines, diggers, EWPS (Elevated Work Platforms), and other equipment. /n • Assist with the setup and pack down of temporary fencing as required. /n • Provide exceptional customer service. /n • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and customer interactions using computerised systems. /n • Handle incoming calls and inquiries,



directing them to the appropriate personnel or providing assistance as needed. /n • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn new skills as required. /n • Work effectively under pressure, managing time and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines. /n REQUIREMENTS /n • High School, Trade or Diploma /n • Valid Driver’s license /n • PREFERRED – Forklift license, HRW, Yellow Card, MR-HR Truck License. /n • Basic mechanical aptitude & previous mechanical experience. /n • Demonstrated knowledge of basic hand tools for repairs/maintenance /n • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. /n • Ability to safely lift & perform physically demanding tasks. /n • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. /n • Follow directions/instructions from peers & management. /n • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment. /n /n BENEFITS /n • Competitive above award wages offered based on qualifications and prior experience. /n • Opportunities for upskilling, professional development, and growth opportunities within the business. /n • 38 Hour Week [Hour Lunch], Superannuation, RDO’s, Overtime Penalties, Annual Leave, Sick Leave. /n /n
