Data Optimization Analyst – Entry Level | Remote – Australia

AUD $35–$48 per hour

We are looking for an Entry-Level Data Optimization Analyst to support the organisation, accuracy and maintenance of digital information.

This is a remote, entry-level opportunity for someone who is comfortable working with computers, handling information carefully and completing structured tasks. Previous professional data experience is not required, and training will be provided.

Your Day-to-Day Work

You may be responsible for:

- Reviewing and updating information in internal systems
- Checking records for accuracy and completeness
- Identifying and correcting straightforward data issues
- Organising and maintaining digital records
- Processing routine system updates
- Following established procedures and quality guidelines
- Supporting general data administration activities





Who We're Looking For You don't need an extensive data background. We're looking for someone who:

- Has basic computer skills
- Pays close attention to detail
- Can follow clear instructions
- Is organised and reliable
- Can work independently in a remote workplace
- Is comfortable learning new systems and processes

Basic Excel or spreadsheet knowledge is helpful but not essential.
