We're Currently Recruiting For Permanent Production Operator Positions

- Day Work Production Operators - 4 and 3 roster – Monday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Friday
- Shift Production Operators - Rotating 5 Panel Roster

Our Day Work Production Operator focus on the operation of our mobile equipment (loader, tipper truck, dozer, vac truck) as well as hosing for coal recovery and clean up. These roles are four days a week, day work. Our Shift Production Operators primarily operate our fixed plant equipment (Stackers, Reclaimers, Rail and Ship loaders), and work a five-panel roster, rotating from 8.33 hour shifts during the week to 12.5 hour shifts on weekends.

All roles will involve; shift work, requiring physical stamina, and a positive attitude is paramount along with a safety conscious mindset.

Ideally, You Will Have

- C Class Drivers Licence
- HR Truck Licence
- Loader ticket
- Fixed Plant equipment experience (Stackers, Reclaimers, Rail and Ship loaders, Material Handling)
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; and
- Ability and willingness to learn computer-based systems.

Dozer, Vac Truck, Excavator, Skid Steer and Certificate III in Surface Extraction and Resource and Processing would be advantageous, although not essential. Candidates with previous Port Experience are encouraged to apply. All applicants must have the ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
