We are seeking a Casual Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our team across Carina Plaza Dental and Capalaba Dental Surgery. This is more than a standard all-rounder role. It is an opportunity for someone who is motivated and capable, with the potential to grow into a full time position for the right person.

About the Role

This is a casual role working across both practice locations. It is an all-rounder position combining front desk coordination with dental assisting duties.

Key responsibilities include:

- Chairside assisting

- Sterilisation and equipment setup

- Providing exceptional patient service in person and over the phone

- Front desk and reception duties

- Managing appointment bookings, recalls, and payments

- Assisting with workflow, organisation, and team support across both sites

- Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, professional and reliable





- Confident communicating with patients in person and over the phone

- Organised, proactive and able to use initiative

- Able to work well in a busy team setting and has enviable work ethic

- Flexible and willing to work across both Carina and Capalaba locations

- Available to work Saturday mornings

- Holds a current driver’s licence and has reliable transport

Experience in dental reception or dental assisting is highly desirable, but not essential.
