What you'll do

- Welcome patients and create a calm, friendly first impression
- Manage appointments and keep the schedule running efficiently
- Handle phone and email enquiries, recalls and reminders

- Process payments, health fund claims and treatment plan financials
- Support the clinical team so every patient's visit runs seamlessly

About you

- A genuine people person with excellent communication skills

- Organised and calm under pressure, and you enjoy keeping things running smoothly
- Previous dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded (experience with [practice software] is a bonus), but attitude matters most. We'll train the right person.

Dental Assistant

What you'll do

- Chairside assisting across general and more advanced procedures
- Prepare surgeries, instruments and materials
- Carry out infection control and sterilisation to the highest standard
- Support patients with care and reassurance throughout their treatment
- Help with reception duties when needed

About you

- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or currently studying).
- Experienced assistants are highly regarded, and enthusiastic trainees are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to infection control
- Caring, calm and confident with patients
- Keen to learn and grow in a progressive team
- [Radiography licence (Qld) – desirable]
