Loader Operator - Keperra Quarry | Brisbane

BWC is a family-owned business that has been specialising in earthmoving, transport and mining services across the civil construction industry for over 40 years. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our growing team at our Keperra Quarry project in Brisbane. This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity for an operator with experience in quarrying or large-scale bulk earthworks, ideally with high-volume loading of road trucks.

As our project continues to expand, we're looking for reliable operators who take pride in their work, value safety, and enjoy being part of a hardworking team. This is a Brisbane-based role offering consistent work and competitive pay.

What's on offer





- 50+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work
- Base rates plus overtime, paid fortnightly
- Long-term, stable employment with a growing company

To be successful, you will have

- Current Driver's Licence
- Relevant plant/machinery tickets
- Experience operating loaders in quarrying or bulk earthworks (preferred)
- Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Reliable work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
