Geelong, VIC-based Occupational Therapist position within a dementia care residential aged care facility. This role is part of an creative Dementia Care pilot program and focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based OT services to residents.
You will conduct clinical assessments, develop and maintain care plans and goals, and ensure a person-centred approach while maintaining comprehensive documentation. AHPRA registration and OT qualification are required.
