Join growing Australian veterinary pharmaceutical company with a portfolio spanning companion animal, equine and farm, committed to improving animal health and supporting veterinary practices across Australia.

This field-based role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a Sydney territory (Metro/South Sydney), partnering with veterinary clinics to help improve patient outcomes while driving commercial growth. Working closely with a dedicated technical veterinarian and experienced leadership team, you'll develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and promote a diverse portfolio of veterinary health products.

This role would suit a Vet Nurse or similar wanting to step into a more commercial role in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry, or someone with prior sales experience in animal health.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and grow a territory across Metro/South Sydney
- Build solid relationships with veterinarians, practice owners, and clinic teams
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Drive sales growth within existing customer accounts
- Execute territory plans and maintain accurate CRM records




- Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions

About you

- Experience in a clinical veterinary / vet nurse role OR animal health sales role is a non-negotiable.
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Knowledge of veterinary practice operations
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
- Confidence engaging with veterinary decision-makers
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout Sydney
