Pearce IP Pty Ltd invites a qualified Trade Mark Attorney to join as Special Counsel on a part-time basis (about 20 hours per week). The role supports Australia and Current Zealand portfolios with hybrid work when based in Sydney, including home-based hours.

You will draft and prosecute trade mark applications, provide brand protection strategies, and assist with enforcement. Collaboration with Pearce IP’s litigation team and other units will help grow the practice and deliver client value across
