Hickory Group is seeking a motivated HSE Coordinator to support on-site health, safety and environment activities across manufacturing, construction, logistics and precast facilities in Melbourne. You will report to the HSE Manager and work with operations teams to promote safe work practices and manage workplace risks.

The role requires Certificate IV WHS/OHS or higher, robust communication skills, and a practical, hands-on approach to safety.
