Mildura Base Public Hospital (MBPH) is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the Executive Leadership Team. Provide high-level, confidential support to allocated executives, managing diaries, meetings, correspondence and reports in a quick-paced regional health service.

You will liaise with senior leaders, stakeholders and cross-portfolio teams to ensure efficient operations and decision-making, while maintaining professionalism, discretion and proactive problem-solving in MBPH’s rural setting.
