Bolton Clarke Group is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Lifestyle Coordinator to lead our Lifestyle team at Rosebrook, a 91-bed residential aged care facility on the Mornington Peninsula. Design and oversee a person-centred program that reflects residents’ interests, abilities and cultures, mentoring a passionate team to deliver engaging activities.

You will work closely with clinical and care staff to ensure plans are secure and aligned with resident needs, manage the activities budget,
