lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations on the Sunshine Coast to lead store operations and guest experience. You will manage budgets, payroll, schedules, inventory, and vendor relations while driving store initiatives and people development.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will craft weekly schedules, monitor KPIs, and foster an inclusive, high-energy team culture in a quick-paced retail environment.
