Inner West Council is seeking a Casual Operations Supervisor to support the secure, efficient operation of its aquatic facilities. You will work with the Operations Team Leader to oversee pool operations, perform water quality checks, maintain records, and ensure high-quality customer service and safety compliance.
The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory role, a willingness to obtain a Certificate III in Aquatics within 6 months, and current Lifeguard/First Aid qualifications.
