Motion is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient operation of the workshop in Newcastle area. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will supervise activities, labour and materials to ensure jobs stay on time, within budget and meet technical standards.

You will lead a team of 15, coordinate workloads, support scoping and estimating, and drive performance against KPIs while promoting safety and continuous improvement within a dynamic industrial setting.
