Seeking Field Service Technician to join the team based in Sydney.

Our client, a leading Food and Beverage Systems Supplier are currently seeking a Field Service Technician. This role offers long-term career growth, and the opportunity to join a market leading business within Sydney, Australia.

This role is central to delivering high-quality aftersales service and technical support. You will support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment including maintenance, troubleshooting and complex overhaul of machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and respond promptly to emergency service requests to maintain optimal system performance.
- Deliver high-quality, professional service while ensuring clear and effective communication with customers.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment both on-site and through remote support.
- Provide technical assistance for mechanical and electrical systems.




- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Deliver basic operator training on equipment use and preventive maintenance best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Spare Parts, and Projects) by providing technical expertise and service-related insights.

About You

- Experience working within food, liquid or beverage manufacturing
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting capabilities
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements
- High level of customer focus, professionalism, and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license with willingness and ability to travel interstate
