This centre consistently operates above ratio , allowing educators and leaders the time and support needed to build meaningful relationships with children, mentor their teams and focus on quality outcomes rather than simply meeting minimum requirements.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Team Leader/Room Leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring educators, sharing responsibility and building a positive team culture.

- Worker Retention Payment paid on top of salary

About You

- ACECQA-approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- 2-5 years Lead experience within early childhood education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Collaborative leadership style
- Passion for mentoring and developing educators
- Experience within a community-focused or not-for-profit environment highly regarded but not essential
- Full Australian working rights
