We are seeking an experienced Centre Director for a private long day care service on Sydney's North Shore. You will drive occupancy, lead the educator team, and manage rostering within budget while ensuring compliance with National Law, Regulations and the NQS.

You will act as Nominated Supervisor and build solid family partnerships. The ideal candidate holds an ACECQA-approved Diploma (essential) with a Bachelor’s degree highly regarded, and has ≥2 years in a Centre Director/2IC role, with
