Based in Cardiff, Lulamon Projects seeks a Construction Coordinator / Estimator to join our residential team for an immediate start. This role blends site coordination with estimating support, reporting to the Director to keep projects on track and tender processes moving smoothly.

You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, prepare estimates and purchase orders, and ensure safety and compliance. Experience in residential construction and a trade qualification are preferred; solid
