Cleve Area School is seeking an Operational Services Manager with a passion for agriculture to join our team. You will lead the day-to-day commercial operation of Sims Farm and support teaching staff to deliver agricultural programs.

You will promote continuous improvement in teaching and learning, manage farm equipment and support relationships with staff, students, families and local industry partners. This role requires independent planning and robust collaboration.
