Infrastructure Canberra (iCBR) is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to support the Executive Leadership Team and Directorate with people-focused functions. You’ll help with recruitment, policy development, and workforce planning, acting as a trusted partner for teams and external stakeholders.

In this role you will provide timely HR guidance, manage HR documentation and systems, and draft materials that support HR operations.
