Manningham Uniting Church – Templestowe VIC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and support our church and community centre’s life and mission. You will equip ministers, staff and volunteers to deliver worship, missional and business plans while fostering collaboration across teams.

The role requires a capable, multi-skilled leader who can delegate, balance priorities, and drive policy development and organisational governance in a faith-based not-for-profit setting.
