As a Spatial Data Analyst , you will be undertaking theacquisition, analysis, interpretation, manipulation, and dissemination ofvehicle, driver shift, spatial and other bus service data to support networksystems and public transport customer information products.
What you will do for us!
- Ensure quality and integrity of customer data
- Utilize computer-based planning, scheduling and statisticaltools to report on service performance, customer feedback and demographictrends
- Ensure accurate transport data from data suppliers tosupport customer in a required time frame
- Service planning, timetable specification, and demandanalysis
- Manage and respond to operator proposals in a timelymanner
- Use analytical software to capture, manipulate, format and reportexports to improve bus operational systems
- Minimise risk of data issues impacting system continuity
- Establish and manage robust working relationships withtransport operators, data suppliers and key internal business areas to ensurethe timely capture and update of accurate information
