Sunnyfield is seeking a Home and Lifestyle Lead to support day-to-day operations, balancing client facing service with operational leadership across Concord West and Kingfisher. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports, maintain safeguarding and WHS compliance, and build solid partnerships with families and stakeholders.

You will work with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate intake, onboarding, billing and reporting, while driving outcomes for client planning
