GM³ is seeking an experienced onsite IT support qualified based at Tahmoor Mine, reporting to the Team Lead End User Services. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and room technology, aligning with GM³ standards and safety obligations.

You will own incidents in ServiceNow, deploy Windows devices with Intune and Autopilot, support Microsoft 365 services, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, maintain asset records, and collaborate with site OT
