A true 360 Recruitment Consultant - take ownership of your desk

- Grow and maximise existing client relationships
- Identify opportunities within current accounts and generate new business
- Manage temporary and permanent recruitment across industrial, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and blue-collar sectors




- Source, interview and place quality candidates
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Build talent pools and maintain strong candidate networks
- Manage onboarding, compliance and placement administration
- Deliver exceptional service that drives repeat business and referrals

We're looking for someone who's wants to build a successful desk.

You’ll ideally have recruitment experience within Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, Trades, Construction or Blue-Collar recruitment, along with robust relationship-building and account management skills.

Most importantly, you’re someone who:

- Takes ownership and backs themselves
- Enjoys building long-term client relationships
- Is motivated by targets, performance and financial rewards
