Xpt Software Australia Pty is seeking a Command Center Engineer to continuously monitor our IT landscape across on-prem and cloud, using enterprise monitoring tools. You will identify alerts, validate incidents, perform initial triage, raise tickets, and coordinate with resolver groups to restore services quickly, while maintaining SLA compliance.

Shift work, incident bridges, and documentation are part of the role.
